CogSkills

CogSkills is a 12-week course that teaches tools and skills designed to help people who are having difficulties with attention, planning, organization, and memory. The class meets for one hour each week. You will be provided a workbook that will include in-class activities and home exercises.

People who may benefit from CogSkills classes include those experiencing a mild neurocognitive disorder, concussion, mild or moderate traumatic brain injury, mood or anxiety issues that may cause some cognitive challenges, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The class is not recommended for people who have been diagnosed with dementia.

We offer the series in group format to adults and separately to adolescents (ages 14-18, still in school).
